The biggest challenge that we could going to face us in the latter 1/2 of this decade will be the cost of the National debt if we see inflation rises again.
Its a vicious cycle where higher rates push interest costs higher and more deficits.

Really interesting read... alot of the West Coast and North East mortgages issued during the pandemic at the $1M+ were adjustable rate mortgages... Close to 40%.
