Another wave of rain will spread across the area during the overnight hours. Through 8 AM Tuesday, the highest rain totals are expected in the mountains, with decreasing amounts toward the Chesapeake Bay. Temperatures won't fall far from evening values in the mid 50s to mid 60s.
