I’m on a plane going home from Mexico and on it with Pac. 1 of my favorite people in the Wrestling. IMO the best Wrestler to come out of England since the 80’s and they were Rollerball Rocco, Marty Jones and Fit Finlay. That’s no knock on the incredible UK talent around today 205K views · 4.5K likes · 227 reposts · 77 replies Open on X →

Look at the range of emotion on Roman’s face through this. He realizes he’s trapped, the looks to Penta just using his eyes while giving a perfect tv shot for the audience watching, then the fear as he knows he is in major trouble and his arm is going to suffer. Perfect reacting 262.7K views · 8.2K likes · 711 reposts · 69 replies Open on X →

If any talent of any standard want to really up their quality of drawing in your audience then study in great detail Roman Reigns facials, reacting ( I would say selling but selling is acting and this was in a different world of that ) and body motion from last nights bout 633.7K views · 8.9K likes · 1K reposts · 117 replies Open on X →

I’m deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Andy Williams. I enjoyed the time we spent together talking music and old wrestling. A lovely man. Rest well. 94.8K views · 9.8K likes · 549 reposts · 13 replies Open on X →

I’m sorry to hear of the passing of Bill Dundee. A lad born in Scotland who moved to Australia then came to the US and became a big star in the wrestling. We worked together when I first came here and he helped make my act work. My deepest condolences to his family. Rest well. 82.5K views · 3.7K likes · 237 reposts · 20 replies Open on X →

I’m signing some new cards. I’m glad I’ve got a robe on as I was well over 40 here and my body looked like a shaved Orangutan. https://t.co/MP5ezlkfeG

It’s 40 years today I made my TV Wrestling debut. I looked like a shaved Afghan Hound. Four months before I was 5’11” and 160lbs. On this day I was 6’3” and 160lbs. My arms and legs just grew long. It took me a year to re learn to wrestle as I was all gangley & arms and legs. 157.5K views · 2.4K likes · 176 reposts · 78 replies Open on X →

#OnThisDay in 1986: Joint Promotions: Floral Hall, Southport, Merseyside: 18-year-old Roy Regal, later William Regal, faced trainer Marty Jones in his first televised bout. Given a one-fall head start, Regal was eventually stopped by KO. Aired 11 October. https://t.co/CzMwIr5wLj

Just seen Haircut 100 do their thing. Being a purveyor of The Funk I was taken away how brilliant they were. They rate up there with any blue eyed Funk band from the UK including The Average White Band. My groove was well and truly gotten on. Superb. 23.9K views · 176 likes · 10 reposts · 12 replies Open on X →

@RealKingRegal My god, I’d forgotten just how impressive Mr Brookside’s hair was back in the 80s! Makes me think of watching World of Sport with my Grandad on Saturday afternoon, his hair wasn’t as impressive though. 🤣 1K views · 4 likes · 0 reposts · 0 replies Open on X →
