Eloquently written as always! 100% agree with @Rfonsi1’s description of evolving peri-CAR-T world in myeloma. With cilta-cel we have ≤ 9 months to use the product. Generally worth the wait if LD delayed by few weeks to knock MM down with diff bridging (e.g., tal or CELMoD). ht
