#simonstares As you may know @lielle.la is my favorite restaurant in Los Angeles. I may have added to this @maree__la which is, fortunately just above and owned by the same people. This is one of the star dishes "Canard à la Ravigote" - Duck with a Ravigote sauce. Just fantastic
