For THREE straight weeks, the S&P 500 has done the same damn thing.
A lower high forms on Thursday or Friday and the following week price goes on to make a new lower low.

Volume has been TINY and when we have seen small spikes in volume, the OI has done nothing but increase.
Telling us that our $SPY whale is still in and does not care about these short term swings we have had.
