@bestwestern Your hotel in Rome piccadillly has the most insensitive and rude staff. I am never recommending anyone to stay here. Mr.Mario thinks he can speak rudely to anyone as he pleases, this is the state of the hospitality industry, what message are you conveying to tourists

@bestwestern My recent review of Best Western Atlantic beach hotel.
Terrible, avoid at all cost.
Had to find another Hotel at 8:30 pm on a Saturday night. No parking available for guests when we arrived. Would not refund money spent for an ocean balcony room.
