16days after going to the hospital (10mins away, mitigations in place like stretcher ambulance transport, laying down the whole time, air con, quiet room, etc) & my gosh am I struggling. This is what isn’t seen. The aftermath of these ‘little’ hospital visits is catastrophic. h
