If you're a man near or past 40, prioritize mobility work.
Here's why:
+ You lose range of motion every year now unless you train it
+ Most injuries at this age come from tight joints giving out
+ Strength you can't move through is useless
+ Mobility now is how you stay https:/

9. your vibe sets your options
Your surroundings are a reflection of your current state, so if everyone around you feels closed off, that's information about you, not them.
Change your energy and you change who you attract. Like attracts like, every time. https://t.co/k5zkG1mBd

8. do the work and you become rare
Almost no men do this, so the one who does becomes rare, walking in grounded, present, and in control of himself, and it's catnip.
You don't need money or status, you need a practice: https://t.co/9V5QcotTtH

7. what she craves most
What women want most surprised me, to be contained, because she spends all day in masculine work energy, running things and bossing people around.
She comes home wanting to be held until she melts, and that safety opens everything up. https://t.co/yFJISP

6. tension is the fuel
Attraction dies when tension dies, and couples slide into being roommates who stop having sex, until someone starts wanting a stranger.
Tension is a friend. Keep creating it on purpose and the desire stays alive for years. https://t.co/Do0yrDGHDD

5. own your parts
Stop saying "you make me so angry," because that's blame and it lands like an attack.
Own it instead. Say, a part of me is angry, a part of me loves you like crazy, and a part of me is scared to even say this. Now she's on your side and the walls drop: https:/

4. the sacred pause
Before it turns ugly, call a timeout, breathe together, and each say what you're grateful for.
It pulls you both out of fight mode and back onto the same team (most couples never learn this, so small fights turn into wars): https://t.co/T3KmIDc2ui

3. when she says things she doesn't mean
When she's heated and saying things she doesn't mean, that's not her, it's an old wound talking, the same way a kid throws a tantrum and you know they don't mean it.
Stay the adult in the room and you become the rock she can crash into h

2. she's testing you
Women test men the way men test ideas, so when she gets antagonistic she's checking one thing, can I still trust you and let you lead.
Hold your center and you pass. Puff up, storm out, or blame her, and you fail. https://t.co/5pzgrrlTVK

I interviewed a relationship expert, and he explained why so many powerful women stay single, and what actually keeps a marriage alive.
None of it comes down to money, status, or your car, but here's what he taught me about attraction:
1. what women actually want https://t.co/Y

Jesus Christ is the most powerful man who ever lived, yet he never lifted a sword and he never ran for office.
To understand why, you have to understand that power has three forms.
Physical power is the physics definition, energy per unit time.
The force of a punch, a bullet,
