@KylePorterNS Easily one of the best turnarounds I've seen since Brookline and Medinah. And the crazy weather and legendary golf course makes this special.

7. Josh Hill had to get up and down from HERE, which he did to win the Walker Cup for GB&I for the first time since 2015. Extraordinary series of events and probably the golf tournament of the year. https://t.co/C0XR9uv5HA

Went on the @BibleCaddie podcast this week to talk Scottie, who has made the biggest leap in my mind this season (Cam Young or Sam Burns) and my own journey as a follower of Jesus. It started with Webb making a Psalm 34-nip spinner joke, and went downhill from there. Enjoy.

Is there anyone in sports right now who is a better combination of world class performer and also outstanding entertainer/showman than Carlos Alcaraz? Who else is even on the list?

Was thinking recently about how easily I look past things that are objectively annoying when it comes to my favorite players (whining, yelling at officials etc.)
I'm not sure if that's right or wrong, but I do think it's something we all engage in as fans, no matter the sport. h

There will be more fallout from the Good Good debacle than simply what has happened over the last week, which is maybe bad news for tiny independent businesses like ours.

@KylePorterNS JT is about the only US player in the last 10 years or so to properly ‘get’ the Ryder Cup. You’d be foolish to not take him for every team comp until he can’t play anymore imo.

Scottie's level of play didn't result in as many wins this year as it normally does. But consistency at or around that 3.0 SG mark year after year after year after year means the trajectory is something stupid like 50 PGA Tour wins and 8 majors.

@KylePorterNS I mean, at least include players that have actually won at least once, Burns, Cantlay, Spieth & Scott have 0 between them lol

@KylePorterNS Jesus I didn’t know you went through that. Have a 12 week old daughter sleeping on me right now and had to stop reading because it’s too sad to imagine let alone go through.

@KylePorterNS Ah mate, I did not know this. I follow you - as I imagine many do - because I love golf and enjoy your content. But as a dad this resonates way more than any of that. I can't pretend to know what it feels like, but thank you for sharing it. Sending love ♥️

This week marks 10 years since our daughter died.
I hadn't written about that very life-changing week since then, but wanted to revisit it to see what I've learned, how my life is different and what hasn't changed at all.
