For me at least, the name on the diploma is mostly irrelevant. You can take the cheaper path and still come out well ahead of the folks with the big name degrees. Getting too clever on sales or really any business execution is usually just veiled laziness. A desire to avoid the necessary pain. Don’t buy a house as an investment. It can work out as an investment sure, but thats not why you should buy one. Buy a home bc you actually want a home.
