Craig Berube Year 1:
"Excellent coach, knows how to win, great locker room guy, understands players and how to compete for a Stanley Cup."
Craig Berube Year 2:
"Out of touch with the game, slow to change, unapproachable by players, stubborn to the core and mostly clueless."

Eric Lauer saved the Blue Jays bacon last year. Without him, there is no World Series appearance. For them to nickel and dime his arbitration request, demote him to the bullpen as an afterthought, and then use him as a bizarre spot starter/long reliever? Mickey mouse management.
