@ArtemTepler This is what I do. 30-40 minutes at max incline at a 3.5 pace 4-5 days per week. I get drenched in sweat and heart rate gets into the upper 140s. Good stuff.

@ArtemTepler When I dropped 72 lbs, I almost exclusively walked 2x per day like you're doing. It wasn't the plan, but I was also recovering from a torn disk in my back so walking was the only option. That and dialed-in eating made it the most effortless weight I've ever lost.

For FAT LOSS, most people would find walking on an incline treadmill superior to jogging outside. I've walked on an incline consistently for 3 miles in the morning and 3 miles in the evening for 15 weeks, no knee pain. I just came back from a 3-mile jog and my knees are in pain.
