One of the MOST important ideas is to reverse engineer your worst-case outcomes aka MAX LOSS(ES) and to size appropriately to that exact condition.
When you measure your exposure you should be able to configure your risk % per trade.

It's one of the ONLY things I think is mandatory and very easy to automate, I even think it's more important than doing a "complete write up" of your trades.
If you can write 1-2 sentences or a comment about what you were thinking that's enough imo.

In smallcap trading if you want to escape the matrix you need to separate yourself from the rest by anchoring your systems towards emotional/financial well-being such as wiring out as well as anticipating cycle rotations and applying game theory.
