Numerous state and federal appellate courts have actually said that ALPRs are not searches that require a warrant under the Fourth Amendment because they are not as invasive as a GPS device. So I'm not exactly sure why you're making a claim that has already been constantly

America was founded upon the idea that you have to GET A WARRANT to make a search. This includes searching an ALPR database. Once authoritarians realize this fact, they will still not embrace the structure that our Founding Fathers wisely gave us.
