Most traders panic when a put goes against them. I ask 3 questions instead: 1. Do I still want this stock? If yes, I'm about to own a stock I wanted, at a discount. That's a win. 2. Am I at my max size? If I'm not maxed out, a drop isn't a problem. It's a chance to buy more, 2.3K views · 12 likes · 0 reposts · 2 replies Open on X →

Every trader should know their freedom number. Ask yourself: → Are you replacing your income? → Building a retirement account? → Funding your kid's college? Replacing your income in 5 years and padding a retirement account in 20 are completely different games. Different 2.4K views · 5 likes · 0 reposts · 1 replies Open on X →

The only IV cheat sheet you need as an option seller: → Under 50%: Skip. The premium's too thin → Around 50%: Worth a look. Enough to target 5% in a month → Around 70%: Sweet spot. Fat premium AND you can sell far out of the money → Over 100%: Run. The swings will wreck 9.6K views · 103 likes · 6 reposts · 5 replies Open on X →

@MarketMovesMatt Hmmm except you need a LOT more than $3k for a CSP on SOXL or TQQQ....unless we have a really really big down day (like 50% haha). 1.5K views · 8 likes · 0 reposts · 0 replies Open on X →

@MarketMovesMatt this works great until the one week SOXL drops 40% and your puts get assigned right at the bottom. leveraged ETF options selling into red days is basically picking up nickels in front of a bulldozer 1.5K views · 8 likes · 0 reposts · 3 replies Open on X →

$3k -> $50k in 10 steps: 1. Fund a brokerage with $3K 2. Stick to SOXL or TQQQ 3. Wait for a 5% red day 4. Sell a 30-day put targeting 5% 5. Set your exit at 50%, then close the app 6. Reinvest every dollar 7. Run it until you hit $10K 8. Scale your size as the account grows 9. 28K views · 282 likes · 31 reposts · 8 replies Open on X →

I don't think any trader on the internet has a strategy better than mine. Controversial? Absolutely. But I've got the receipts. 📊 For the past 2 years, I've been tracking every single trade inside our coaching program. The strategy? Selling put options. The time commitment? 70.6K views · 144 likes · 9 reposts · 37 replies Open on X →
