Before you decide someone hates you because they’re jealous, be willing to look at the whole picture.
These four reasons aren’t the only possibilities, but each is worth understanding.

Some people spend their day looking for an argument. We don’t have to spend ours giving them one.
Going live daily and having worldwide exposure has taught me this firsthand, but anyone online can experience it. There are people who will leave hateful comments, make personal htt

We need to stop confusing an impressive physique with a healthy person.
Social media puts “health and fitness” under the same label, but when we sacrifice our health for an appearance, the health part gets lost. This conversation matters for men and women alike, in fitness, http

Having a Feed Me More Hungry mindset means respecting others and respecting ourselves enough to set boundaries. We can welcome different opinions without tolerating personal attacks.
Feeling righteous doesn’t make us right. Reading something online doesn’t make it true. And http

I’ve known Seth Rollins for a long time and worked with him extensively during my time in WWE. He was always a stand-up guy and a genuinely good human being.
Watching people attack his character over a few seconds of airport footage is exactly what’s wrong with social media

Sending nothing but positive energy and well wishes to Jake Hager after what happened at Power Slap. Hoping the injury isn’t as serious as it looked and that he makes a full and speedy recovery. Tough dude and wishing him nothing but the best. 🙏💪

Social media gave everyone a voice. It didn’t give everyone something worth saying.
Never forget that.
You cannot control the thoughts, opinions, judgments, or words of nearly nine billion people. You CAN control your mind, your reactions, and what you choose to give your https

Pretty cool seeing these numbers. I’ve been away from WWE for 10 years and still have over 7 million followers across social media. I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has continued to follow and support me through every chapter of this journey. We’re just getting started.

People will tell you it’s impossible.
Let them.
When I hear “impossible,” I remind myself of two words hiding right inside it:
I’M POSSIBLE.
Other people’s limitations don’t have to become yours. Believe. Work. Fail. Learn. Keep going.
Stay hungry long enough to find out htt

I’d like to see legitimate drug testing become universal across all major televised pro wrestling organizations. WWE implementing its Wellness Policy was one of the best things the industry did for talent health.

Some people are so committed to being right about you that they’d rather watch you fail than admit they were wrong.
Think about that.
Their ego won’t allow them to acknowledge your growth because doing so would force them to question the story they created about you.
So they h

There will ALWAYS be outside distractions.
Annoying noise. Pesky parasites. Parasitic leeches looking to latch on, disrupt your focus, and pull your attention away from the work that actually matters.
Don’t feed them.
Stay locked in. Stay HUNGRY. Swat the flies away and keep h

A lot of people love to regurgitate the same misinformation about the night I failed to hit the Shell Shock on Tensai early in my Ryback run. I’ve told the truth about it multiple times, and I’ll continue to do so because the truth always wins.

DON’T BECOME WHAT THE ALGORITHM REWARDS. BECOME WHO YOU’RE PROUD TO BE.
There was a time when building a following meant those people would actually see what you posted. That power has increasingly shifted toward recommendation algorithms deciding what gets attention.

If we want more happiness, we must have less opinions.
Having opinions isn’t a bad thing. Having an opinion about everything might be.
We live in a world where social media algorithms learn what keeps our attention. And unfortunately, negativity, outrage, arguments, division, h

Every day is a battle.
We’re all fighting our own fight. We’re all telling a different story, on different pages, in completely different chapters.
Some days we win. Some days we get knocked down. Some days, simply refusing to quit is the victory.
But the story isn’t finished.

My sister recently was able to go back to Iowa, where my mom briefly lived and still had a storage unit with some of our childhood things in it. One of my mom’s goals was to eventually get back there and go through everything, so I’m grateful my sister was able to do that. https:

I’ve learned something over the years. The people doing the most with their own lives usually don’t have much time to hate on someone else’s.
Everybody has an opinion. That’s fine. But I’m not giving somebody else’s negativity control over my time, energy,
