@SamKille @FordhamNYC My son did 221 floors on the stairmaster with a Scott Pack on to honor the fallen heros that day at @CCUChanticleers where he goes to school, 1 for every floor in each building plus one. Then he did an extra 100 floors for good measure. https://t.co/sZX8zt3T

The climb was hosted by @FordhamRamVets and @HEART911Team. The names of the 36 Fordham alumni and three students killed on 9/11 were read aloud, with a candle lit in memory of each. Speaking their names is part of how we carry their memory forward. https://t.co/2ajagLw7jj

At a loss for words on the 25th anniversary of 9/11. Then I watched nearly 200 @FordhamNYC students, many born years later, climb 2,200 stadium steps in honor of the ascent FDNY firefighters undertook that day. They showed up. They remembered. I have hope for this generation. htt
