1) There will be a TON of signups at the last minute, as it's quick and easy, if there's an overlay
2) Splash might hand out free tickets to VIPs if an overlay is coming, hence killing it

@adamlevitan @splashsports Adam, remember overlays are good for the player but also are bat signals to attract large syndicate groups and Splash allows up to 150 entries per player 😬 The double picks, the overlay, and and 150 entry rule are ingredients for disappointment imo.
