@Nigel_Farage defence is reliant on a claim of “we’ve not taken any illegal money of any kind, whatsoever. No illegal transaction has occured.” As well as PPERA, perhaps someone (you) could point him towards the Criminal Attempts Act 1981, section 1 - particularly subsection (2).
