@byalexcoffey I loved being up all night listening to Big Daddy. It was like listening to a family member. I loved "the overlap show" he did with Angelo as well at the end of his shift. So missed.

@byalexcoffey Jon Johnson is a worthy successor. He has his happy gang of listeners who seem like a big happy family. RIP Big Daddy

For 22 years, Big Daddy Graham turned late-night radio into an art form.
He never fully appreciated the value of his work.
But that doesn't mean it didn't matter.

Remembering Mike Horrocks, a Hershey native, and former West Chester QB, who was co-pilot of Flight 175.
Many of his teammates didn't know it was his plane that hit the South Tower.
But one teammate had a feeling.
“He was the first person I thought of.”

Twelve years later, he has made the most of her forgiveness. Reid believes that through his baseball career, Bellatti is honoring her late husband. For @PhillyInquirer: https://t.co/suHZnRKOy9

Initially, Bellatti was facing vehicular manslaughter charges that could've sent him to prison for five years, but Lynette knew that wasn’t what David would've wanted. So, she asked the judge to reduce Bellatti’s sentence. She wanted him home by Christmas.

Lynette Reid watched the entire Phillies' playoff run. She doesn't miss any of Bellatti's outings. She lives in South Dakota, but considers herself both a Phillies fan & an Andrew Bellatti fan.

In 2010, Andrew Bellatti was speeding, lost control & hit a car, killing Dave Reid.
Bellatti wasn't drunk or on drugs; he was running late. He wrote a letter to Reid's wife, Lynette, from jail.
She found the note in June & began watching Bellatti's games https://t.co/suHZnRKOy9
