What an amazing and important exercise! I hope there's a follow up write up / paper describing and analyzing the results, so we can learn specific lessons from it (both about conference papers and about how good AI agents are at reproducing AI research). 12.5K views · 67 likes · 6 reposts · 2 replies Open on X →

Enthusiastic to advise and contribute to Adaption's mission to develop technology that helps people adapt and adopt AI for their individual ambitions. Adaption and @sarahookr's leadership in this direction is remarkable, and I'm proud a Mila alumni is pushing this boundary! 10.9K views · 66 likes · 5 reposts · 7 replies Open on X →

Ever since @METR_Evals' fascinating work on LLM agent time horizons, I've wanted to see other attempts to draw conclusions from the same data. In a separate approach by Fengyuan and Jay, we too infer an exponential, but with shorter horizons for recent models (~2h vs METR's ~5h) 6.4K views · 21 likes · 4 reposts · 3 replies Open on X →
