Small group tonight, but always meaningful. Our contemplative spirituality group for LGBTQ+ folks and our allies has been meeting every two weeks since May 2021, and we welcome friends from all over the US and Canada, and from as far away as Australia and India.

There's so much more to say, but I'll finish with perhaps the most important thing about me. I'm the proud and grateful father to four amazing human beings: Joshua, Jacob, Emily and Zachary. I'm so proud of them and their spouses/significant others, and I love them all so much. h

I have a special connection to people who find themselves in mixed-orientation marriages. I myself came out of the closet later in life, after a 23-year marriage to a wonderful woman and a long career as an Evangelical worship pastor. https://t.co/6KnxQ8M1QI

I’m married to an amazing man named Alejandro. We met during the pandemic (on FB, of all places!), and we've been together since July 2020. We married in November 2022 and filed for his green card, then he lived in Puerto Vallarta while we waited the 2-1/2 years for it to arrive.
