@paul_c_watson Where would it be hosted? Would it be in Bhutan? Would there be an altitude problem if it was? I'd take a draw and practice penalties 4.9K views · 49 likes · 0 reposts · 1 replies Open on X →

Does it count as coming home if 200 nations boycott the World Cup and England sneakily cross the picket line and beat Bhutan in the final? 657.9K views · 31.9K likes · 741 reposts · 112 replies Open on X →

We need a football competition in the Commonwealth Games. Why are we being denied Niue v Nigeria and Tuvalu v Montserrat? https://t.co/wH8iZciDxu

Pundits again keen to stress just how hard it is to play against teams that are much worse than you. Just so brutally hard. Nothing harder. Except playing teams that are probably better than you, which we must avoid at all costs. Ideally we wouldn't play anyone really. 55K views · 1.4K likes · 95 reposts · 7 replies Open on X →

Or, of course, Roberto Martinez could grow some balls and drop him, but frankly I see a multi-million dollar Truman Show style effort as more likely. 86.2K views · 4.3K likes · 42 reposts · 11 replies Open on X →

I've said it before, Portugal need to organise a fake World Cup for Cristiano Ronaldo during the real thing so he believes he's playing against DR Congo when all the players are actors. Genuinely think he'd fall for it, not sure he knows who any of his teammates are anyway. 1.3M views · 60.6K likes · 3.1K reposts · 108 replies Open on X →

The first Curaçao game I ever watched back in 2021 the live stream was insanely shaky and after about 25 minutes some guy's head just knocked the camera off its perch. Stayed like that for a full 5 minutes. So safe to say they've come a fair way. 4.9K views · 99 likes · 3 reposts · 1 replies Open on X →
