@pepboysauto I had an appointment at Pep Boys to check my AC, arrived on time, and was told they couldn’t take me because they already had 16 cars waiting. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if it won’t be honored? Very disappointing.

@pepboysauto Yesterday I took my 2016 Toyota Prius to the Pep Boys location in Hemet, California. My car arrived at 8:45 am and they returned it to me at 3 pm. It was for an oil change. They didn't allow me to speak with the store manager.

@pepboysauto Why can't I get a callback? I had work done on my car, that didn't fix the issue. I've been calling customer service (your overseas call center) for the past 2 weeks and being promised a call back same or next day. Never happened. This is awful.

@pepboysauto Let me tell you AVOID PepBoys at all cost. I purchased brakes in which I thought I was purchasing ceramic pads no brake dust and I had them replaced twice and my front tires are black every two days ( Oh yeah my rims are chrome). Don’t fool with this company straight

@pepboysauto Store 0242 in Aurora CO. Went in for warranty work…was charged out of pocket for an unauthorized service.
Called the store about it and wanted a refund for the amount I was charged and the manager gets hostile with me. “I am the manager, there isn’t anyone above me
