That doesn't mean price reverses every time it touches a level.
Treat them as areas of interest, not guaranteed reversal points. They get stronger when combined with other confluence.

HTF levels are mapped on the higher timeframe, but the actual setups are usually built lower down.
Wait for price to reach the level, then look for rejection or acceptance before acting.

We don't pick random swing highs and lows.
We look for a change in candle direction on the higher timeframe, then use the open/close of those candles to define the level.
Support → red candle close to green candle open
Resistance → green candle close to red candle open
