Sengoku has the Mythical Zoan Human Human Fruit Model Great Buddha or Daibutsu. Which allows him to transform into a giant Buddha. What we know right now is he can produce giant shockwaves with it, though there's likely more to it. We have never seen a named attack from Sengoku.

1. God Valley is in the West Blue, Sengoku would be at Marine HQ he couldn't possibly get there in time, whereas Oda put Garp on vacation for a reason, so the timing makes sense to get there. http

The plot of the game is that Red is a legendary old man who's trying to become youthful again to go back to his prime, and he even says current Garp and Sengoku like WB aren't even a shadow of their primes. Canonicity is meh but it's interesting to note given Oda outlined it. htt
