The cause of the outage in TW was that a piece of equipment at Pembury Water Treatment works failed - suffice it to say something that would have been covered by my water resilience plan for Pembury WTW.

I am also aware of the outage on the high ground around Forest Road in Tunbridge Wells (in fact, I informed SEW of it!).
This is due to the pumps going out at Blackhurst Service reservoir - houses affected will be the same as those affected in the January outage.

Morning update:
The issue in Sandhurst and surrounds is a burst trunk water main. The pipe is 4m down in the ground and has a power cable lying on top of it, and so is taking some time to sort. Crews have been working through the night.
