Despite no longer disclosing it, several sources told me Coefficient Giving is still "placing" staff into the Trump administration. They even placed the Strategy and Partnerships Director of the Horizon Fellowship, Sophia Brown, into the Trump administration’s CAISI. 3.5K views · 171 likes · 24 reposts · 4 replies Open on X →

Effective Altruists created a program to place EA staffers with US Representatives and Senators in exchange for paying their salaries, called the Horizon Fellowship. Staffers work directly with Congressmembers and significantly impact the way they vote and the bills they author.

Horizon has received over $12M from Open Philanthropy/Coefficient Giving. Flush with EA money, Horizon doubled their salaries to 3-4x what normal staffers are paid. https://t.co/DnZ735Xdi5

According to senior staffers on background, Horizon fellows subverted the values of their offices. “He went to Democrat policy meetings, and tried to hand Democrat policies to [the Senator he worked for],” one senior staffer in a Republican Senator’s office told me. 3.1K views · 179 likes · 20 reposts · 1 replies Open on X →

Bankman-Fried was the third largest Democratic donor in 2022. Dustin Moskovitz was their third largest donor in 2020, then the second largest in 2024. This is what their money bought. https://t.co/uiUSyXxSFL

Coxon isn't the first AI Safety figure to be tied to prison abolition. Moskovitz's criminal justice reform program gave $207 million. As @elonmusk put it, “Dustin Moskowitz is a horrible human who pays for the bail of murderers” https://t.co/EyYyWr2heG

Coxon, a British AI Doom figure who exploded out of nowhere after being promoted by Bernie Sanders and left-wing NGOs, is accused of being a coordinated foreign influence campaign. https://t.co/6UMBSMXMVP 12.1K views · 237 likes · 19 reposts · 3 replies Open on X →

Influence campaigns were Newspeak's overt specialty. The Guardian describes Newspeak's mission as "trying to 'hack' British politics." https://t.co/3KayJ8zrQk

So Jacob Coxon, who dramatically resigned from Anthropic yesterday, worked there for a grand total of six weeks. He started with them in July. All of his socials appeared yest. It has all the signs of a highly coordinated op through doomer mega donors and the corporate media. 766.4K views · 14.4K likes · 1.8K reposts · 366 replies Open on X →
