It is a weird spot, I’ll admit. I have excoriation disorder, and it typically gets bad when I’m too worried about my appearance. Being able to control when/how I show my face has helped tremendously. I look forward to using a webcam but I wanna be more comfortable first! 15.2K views · 507 likes · 0 reposts · 3 replies Open on X →

@shinyycatherine Wow 😭 im not in the vtuber space so not sure of common etiquette but asking a streamer to switch to their model seems kinda rude 581 views · 9 likes · 0 reposts · 1 replies Open on X →

Anyways that’s the end of that ramble. I’m gonna get back to hunting offline. 1.4K views · 65 likes · 0 reposts · 0 replies Open on X →

Quite frankly I don’t think there will ever be a day where someone doesn’t ask for some sort of visual representation of me. I’m not mad or upset at anyone, but I can’t say I don’t feel some form of stress or pressure here. 1.6K views · 66 likes · 0 reposts · 1 replies Open on X →

I’ve been getting asked for face reveals since 2018. Before I even made my twitch or YouTube channels. And I have done face reveals since 2019. It is exhausting that people ask for my appearance or a representation of it so frequently when I just wanna play video games. 2.7K views · 105 likes · 0 reposts · 1 replies Open on X →

Also guys as much as I love the vtuber model and know you guys do too, please don’t come into my stream to ask for the model. I am a human being. Sometimes I want to use it. Sometimes I don’t. I am more than however I choose to appear. This is why I say I’m not a vtuber. 28.3K views · 685 likes · 7 reposts · 7 replies Open on X →

I want to use it from time to time because I think it’s cool and fits the aesthetic of some games I play. But my appearance is not the point of my content. That’s the biggest reason why I’ve been doing things faceless in videos/streams for years. I’m so tired, man :’) 3.1K views · 128 likes · 0 reposts · 1 replies Open on X →

@shinyycatherine @SirToastyToes The only saving grace I can see is all of the older generations getting ported with local communication to the original games. 2.3K views · 28 likes · 0 reposts · 2 replies Open on X →

I’ve wanted to ribbon master my dustox for a while now, but I also don’t want to risk getting it into the 3DS games and then having bank close before I’m done with those ribbons. I either want it to stay in Platinum or make it to modern games. 3.9K views · 155 likes · 0 reposts · 4 replies Open on X →

The worst part about Pokémon bank closing imo is how it affects ribbon masters. Even if we magically got ports of every generation of games, chances are those ports would be able to transfer directly to HOME rather than going through each Gen sequentially. 26.8K views · 1.6K likes · 77 reposts · 20 replies Open on X →
