#SWFC’s recruitment package has had such a nice balance to it - ranging from promise & potential to proven. This latest Dunn one is very much in the latter category! 4.7K views · 42 likes · 0 reposts · 1 replies Open on X →

@AlanBiggs1 Great to see Alan and a lovely tribute to Mike. They were fun days in Yorkshire football when the region was covered in depth and all the nationals had their own guys there. Mike was a massive help to me and a great guy. RIP. 129 views · 2 likes · 0 reposts · 0 replies Open on X →

@AlanBiggs1 What a great line-up. Keith Farnsworth, formerly of the Sheffield Morning Telegraph, in between Mike & Trevor. 145 views · 3 likes · 0 reposts · 0 replies Open on X →

I searched high & low for this yesterday & it’s finally popped up. Mike Morgan (bottom right) as his friends & colleagues will remember him. Us sharing fun with Trevor Francis at #SWFC, the sort of camaraderie his skill with managers fostered. Thanks for all the many replies. ht 15.5K views · 58 likes · 3 reposts · 8 replies Open on X →

@AlanBiggs1 Biggsy, I am truly sad to learn that Mike has died. Of all the guys working for the national papers in South Yorkshire when Radio Hallam arrived, Mike was the first to make himself known to me & he became a true friend. He was one of the very, very best. 556 views · 3 likes · 1 reposts · 0 replies Open on X →

@AlanBiggs1 A top football journalist & guy who I had the pleasure of working alongside and learning from during my time in Sheffield on the Morning Telegraph & Radio Hallam. Mike R.I.P. 105 views · 2 likes · 0 reposts · 0 replies Open on X →

RIP Mike Morgan - a great old-school story-getter and fine journalist, trusted by readers and the managers and players who formed relationships with him. It makes such a difference having professionals on the job. (And don’t forget the rarity of allowing players out on loan) My #SWFC column https://t.co/R7A9SPFm3M 9.1K views · 26 likes · 2 reposts · 0 replies Open on X →

A moment of brilliance & euphoria can’t hide the reality … of a manager & team virtually going it alone. My #SUFC column https://t.co/DyMLAZeIAz 6.1K views · 18 likes · 3 reposts · 2 replies Open on X →

Davis Keillor-Dunn is a stone cold proven lower league matchwinner. If, as seems likely, #SWFC have got him as well, that’s put the seal on an outstanding transfer window. 9.2K views · 26 likes · 0 reposts · 0 replies Open on X →
