北海道・浦河町にある精神障害を経験した当事者を中心とするコミュニティです。1984年に設立されました。 社会福祉法人、会社、NPOがあり、主に日高昆布製品の加工・販売や出版などの情報発信、「当事者研究」などの活動を行なっています。2019年からは浦河産の苺🍓の加工が盛んになっています。
