@CanesCoachL The influx of international players has made the game better, not worse. Many of today’s offensive concepts come from the international game and have elevated American coaches and players. We should examine NCAA rules like age-based eligibility (which impacts HS seni 6.6K views · 45 likes · 4 reposts · 3 replies Open on X →
@CanesCoachL Jim - it hasn’t been about education for a long time… it is about revenue streams to non profits who also offer educational services (universities)… Didn’t seem to be complaining when you were making millions on free labor … Total hypocrite Wake up 756 views · 5 likes · 0 reposts · 0 replies Open on X →
@CanesCoachL Your best player at GMU was George Evans, who was a grown man, 30-yr old SR playing in the post against teenagers in the CAA. It was a great story, because he was ex-military but that was a large age & skill difference at that level if we're honest. Evans became MVP

College is for education. The NCAA should require international players to have enough remaining eligibility to realistically earn a degree. Otherwise, we’re not talking about college athletics anymore. Go through a full need based aid process and come up with a number that school will c 2.8K views · 4 likes · 0 reposts · 1 replies Open on X →
@CanesCoachL Isn’t it “the courts” created, as the NCAA has been fighting it? 1.4K views · 5 likes · 0 reposts · 0 replies Open on X →
A friend of mine signed 6 international pro players and 2 high school seniors. The NCAA has created or allowed an unbalanced system that is very unhealthy for the sport I love. 125.6K views · 209 likes · 18 reposts · 15 replies Open on X →
SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey filed an affidavit opposing former St. John’s star RJ Luis Jr. playing for LSU. American pros can’t play in college but European pros can. Can someone explain that to me! 7.1K views · 38 likes · 2 reposts · 4 replies Open on X →
How does this make sense? The NCAA allows pro players from Europe with 1 year of eligibility, to play college basketball, taking scholarship opportunities away from American high school prospects. Is this really what college basketball is supposed to be? 36.8K views · 261 likes · 34 reposts · 26 replies Open on X →
