@Macys I am in tears. I was refunded on two seperate occasions and now three weeks later an employee reversed my credit without me even present and for no reason. That was my Christmas money and after speaking to an attorney, Macy's was 100% in the wrong for reversing a refund af 301 views · 4 likes · 0 reposts · 1 replies Open on X →

@Macys After 3 hrs and speaking with 8 of your so called customer service people, nothing with my order has yet to be resolved. Pulling this crap right before Christmas is stressful and beyond so unnecessary if your workers knew what they were doing.... what a disgusting disgrace 523 views · 5 likes · 0 reposts · 1 replies Open on X →

@Macys DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE FOR XMAS IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY RECEIVE ANYTHING.... I ordered last night and they billed my card and then sent an email saying it's cancelled...now my money is tied up in pending charges and they told me up to a week....no explanation 65 views · 4 likes · 0 reposts · 2 replies Open on X →

She wore an expression of utter glee as she rounded the coat rack expecting to ensnare me. Fortunately I was allowed to spend $225 and leave without in 0 views · 8 likes · 0 reposts · 3 replies Open on X →
