Looking along Elmbank St to the Art Deco/Streamline Moderne former Beresford Hotel on Sauchiehall St. Built for the 1938 Empire Exhibition, it featured rooftop kennels for guests travelling with canine companions. It was designed, owned, and operated by William Beresford Inglis.
