It’s a little disappointing to hear that not many T2-3 teams are scrimming in NA atm.
The teams that go full throttle when every team is off/restructuring is gonna be rewarded soooo much in 2027
Go hard when everyone else is off if you’ve never been signed before

@RealStrongLegs feel like its fairly meta dependent, in the current double duelist meta players used to chaotic fights and quick reaction plays will succeed, but if we ever get back to a slower double ini meta i can imagine the tac fps fundies will be more important

Random thought, but I think valorant is at the point where it’s moving away from the CS fundamentals completely
early VAL was dominated by CS vets and remnants of those funsies still linger in a lot of team philosophy and playstyles
but those same fundies are costing teams

@RealStrongLegs I understand that, but not every college gives out full rides. The ones that do typically have players practicing with each other for a decent amount.
If it’s not even a close to full tuition paid, it’s just better to focus on working and getting a better acade

I don’t really understand collegiate esports programs
they’ll give scholarships but practice for 2h a week. 99% of colleges will not even come close to winning events
Yet they refuse to invest even a tiny amount into player development
how is this the future of esports?

im pretty nervous about this documentary ~_~
i poured my emotions into this
if you come from a foreign family (or parents who are anti-gaming), poor background, or you started esports late, you will probably relate to what i talk about in here!
