@kyledcheney This is what happens when SCOTUS refuses to rule definitively immediately when a case reaches them the first time.
The constant back & forth is ridiculous.

BREAKING: The 8th Circuit has ordred Missouri to reinstate the GOP-friendly gerrymander that appeared dead multiple times after SCOTUS blocked it during previous rounds of litigation.

@kyledcheney Basically, he is admitting that money is available for renovation but he is closing the Kennedy Center unless the courts let him put his name on it.
The president probably can't be accused of extortion, but that's what this is.

@kyledcheney Why does his name has to be on it? It is the Kennedy center and it was designed to be a memorial to the late president by the name of Kennedy! He just acting like a spoiled kid who is upset he didn't get his way!

HAPPENING NOW: Citing Trump's commentary, a judge in D.C. seems inclined to bar DOJ from seeking new charges against David Hearn for reflecting pool damage. Hearing still ongoing but judge concerned about Trump's obvious pressure campaign to re-charge Hearn.

@kyledcheney Here comes 18-24 months of federal court litigation. Then, SCOTUS decides it was ok for him to do it… right in time for the next admin to reverse it. The amount of effort that goes into making sure illegal aliens get free stuff is astounding.

@kyledcheney Does it vary state to state as to illegal immigrants being eligible to receive certain state funds because the law seems clear that they are ineligible. The media tells us this all the time. What am I missing?

NEW: The Justice Department concluded that a 1998 law requires states who use key safety net programs (TANF + SSI) to report to DHS anytime it identifies an immigrant living unlawfully in the country.
