@realLegendAfg Defund the Taliban ! @GOP
@LeaderJohnThune
Our congress is dirty - they have no intention to defund the terrorists!

@realLegendAfg Our senators are not doing diddly squat. Sending tax dollars to a place where women are tortured and oppressed is absolutely infuriating.

@realLegendAfg It’s sitting on Barrasso’s desk. When you call his office, they politely inform you the line is reserved for his constituents in Wyoming. 🤬🤬🤬

Abbey Gate bomber was freed from prison by the Taliban. In the years since, billions in cash have been shipped to the Taliban’s Central Bank. Your Senators claim they have not even seen the No Tax Dollars For Terrorists Act. Please remind your Senators to Defund the Taliban. http

Happy Birthday to Congress’s poorest and most honest member. No stocks. No DC mansion. A Tennessee man who sleeps on his office couch and actually works for the people. You’re respected at home and around the world. I’m honored to call you my friend @RepTimBurchett 🇺🇸 https://t.c

$40 trillion in debt and still sending $40 million a week to the Taliban is insanity. The government will never self correct so it falls to citizens to act. Demand the Senate pass our No Tax Dollars For Terrorists Act. It won’t solve the debt crisis but it is a smart first step.

Don’t stop talking about this. We are near the finish line. DEMAND the Senate DEFUND THE TALIBAN. The No Tax Dollars For Terrorists Act has been stalled for a year. Sen John Barrasso can bring it to the floor and find the votes for it. That’s his job as Majority Whip. https://t.c

@realLegendAfg @timburchett Will some Senator stand up and make an issue about the continued funding of the Taliban, or would that interrupt their idiotic recess?

My friend Congressman Tim Burchett sent a message to the Taliban yesterday. He looked them dead in the eye and stood with the Afghans still fighting them.
This is what real leadership looks like. It doesn’t flinch. It doesn’t have a flexible morality.
Proud of you, Sir. https:

@realLegendAfg If that $40 million a week was paid for by the Senators insider trading money then it would stop today‼️ https://t.co/djgIfoyBR3

Section 7044 also marks another great win for all of Afghanistan’s Resistance Fronts. I hope the leaders draw strength from this and continue their principled stand against the Taliban’s oppression. I am deeply grateful for your invaluable guidance, @AmrullahSaleh2 🇦🇫

We had a Great Victory!
The House passed the National Security Funding Bill with Section 7044 that STOPS assistance to the Taliban.
Once signed into law, Section 7044 can serve as a critical temporary measure to stop tax dollars from benefiting the Taliban — until the Senate h
