El 80% de los alumnos usa la IA para "externalizar" sus deberes y ahí se concentra casi toda la pérdida de aprendizaje. Quienes la usan como apoyo (sin recortar su esfuerzo) no sufren esas caídas. Prohibir no es la solución: hay que enseñar a usarla con exigencia. #PISA2025 https
