@willis_macp Chilton is the big prize to get rid of. But frankly also need to get shut of Croft, the coaches then most of the players. The board isn’t fit for purpose either. A right royal mess.

Lancashire lose to Kent, their 8th defeat in 10 in a miserable Championship season. They haven't made 200 since June, or 300 since April. Daniel Gidney is leaving as CEO this year, but is that enough change? https://t.co/iwWwp3DtvZ

Amazing achievement for Henry Crocombe to take hat-tricks in successive games. Expecting him to be in the England ODI squad to face Sri Lanka this month https://t.co/dmhhkCoO4l

Henry Crocombe has taken a hat-trick in successive first-class matches. Surely can't have happened very often anywhere?

Yorkshire scrambled to 185, and now have Surrey 62 for eight. They are in deep trouble

@willis_macp Maybe I'm overthinking this but would it not make sense to rest Archer given it's a dead rubber (and WTC points don't matter) and his injury history?

@willis_macp I am hoping they play Baker and Cook if Archer is going to be involved in the white ball stuff. Manage him properly.

England's squad for the third Test is the same as the second, minus Matthew Fisher. Still no Brydon Carse
Duckett, Gay, Cox, Root, Brook, Lawrence, Smith, Atkinson, Robinson, Archer, Tongue, Pope, Baker, Bashir, Cook

@willis_macp This summer, Surrey have often had sides 6 or 7 down for next to nothing in the first dig.

Yorkshire are three down at the Oval, with just one run on the board. What relegation battle for Surrey?!
