平和を作るのは文化の相互理解。武器を向け合ってはいけない 日本は平和憲法を守れて初めて世界の中で認められる国です。自ら民主主義を構築する力がまだ無い日本は、ダムの堤防である平和憲法がなくなれば人権も市民の命を守る仕組みも一気に流れ出て無くなってしまうことでしょう
