@STATravel_UK @ABTAtravel It’s unfortunate that people have lost jobs. However it’s also annoying that not only was my once in a lifetime trip to NZ cancelled ( understandably) I have been waiting for a refund since Apr, without comms from STA. poor service. I very much doubt I will get a refund now!
