I think it's fucked up that we call some individuals livestock.
Individuals don't matter any more. They're viewed as stocks. Properties. Objects. Commodities. Capital. Slaves. Machines.
Animals are individual sentient beings.
We should live our lives without harming them. h

Even when drugs are tested on nonhuman PRIMATES they can still kill people, which is not surprising. Animal testing results are not necessarily translatable to humans, and they can even mislead us, leading to catastrophes like drug trials TGN1412, aka the Elephant Man Trial:
