Analysis conducted by Yale HRL. Analysis of imagery collected between 29 June - 23 August 2026 over an ENDF base in Asosa, Ethiopia shows the new construction a likely vehicle storage shed, measuring 70x17 meters. Also observed is the new presence of at least 60 CONEX cargo containers, each measuring approximately 6x2.5 meters. Several new objects and materiel appear scattered on the ground near the containers. Approximately 25m northeast of the new CONEX containers is a group of at least 25 vehicles; most are dark-painted, some are painted light or a combination. Possible covered pallets or similar material appear to have been removed by 23 August 2026. Analysis of satellite imagery collected between 23 and 28 August 2026 over an ENDF base in Asosa, Ethiopia shows completion a likely vehicle storage shed measuring 70x17m. Newly present as of 28 August are approximately 100 light technical vehicles in three separate groups, and approximately 15 vehicles consistent with armored personnel carriers (APC). Mountings for weapons are visible on several of the light technical vehicles, and at least 5 technicals show weapons affixed to the vehicles. Vehicle presence coincides with the new arrival of at least five vehicle transport trailers at this location. Also newly present are at least 19 new cargo containers.

Analysis of satellite imagery collected between 23 and 28 August 2026 over an ENDF base in Asosa, Ethiopia shows the new presence of at least 14 vehicle trailers, each measuring approximately 25x3m in total dimension, and at least eight cargo transport trucks, each measuring approximately 17x3m in total dimension. The vehicles appear at the eastern access point of the base, with all 14 of the vehicle transport trailers in an exit-facing position, while 4 of the 8 cargo trucks appear to be facing the exit.
