@TripleNetInvest 10Y is made up of 3 components - inflation, real return and term premium. Its ripped higher mostly bc growth/real return expectations are improving along with only a very slight uptick in inflation. A 2-2.5% GDP growth is much better than a 1.5-2% GDP growth.
