@VladVexler Sounds a bit weak to me. The global economic collapse is turbulent for every country. We're all going through it. Whats happening to russia is far more severe.

@VladVexler I am somehow reminded of that infamous Air France flight, where essentially the copilots forgot how to fly without autopilot, so they woke up the captain, but he didn't have a clue what was going on, so they flailed around until they all died.

To take a ✈️ analogy, the Putin regime is in turbulence and they’ve cancelled the meal service. They don’t have an engine failure and they are not (metaphorically!) running out of fuel. Things can change, but that’s how we should weigh regime stability for now.

Putin thinks it would be highly irrational and self-destructive for him to stop the war now. This isn’t a close call for him, a 50/50, but more like a 98/2.

@VladVexler 🇺🇸 It's shocking to hear these techniques, & recognize they've bn in use here by Trump/GOP from "alternate facts" to "post truth" for some years now. Hope you have a text of this 4:35 📹, or will issue one: https://t.co/YczqzmDWhI

@VladVexler Another basic difference between Soviet & Russian propaganda: Soviets preached “they’re bad, we’re good”.
Russians preach “they’re bad, so we have to be bad too”,
They sell a model of the world where there’s no place for good. Blunt force instead of it.
