@itsme_urstruly We planted a small one last year. Lots of hand planted milkweed, Joe pye weed, native wildflowers, herbs (especially parsley for black swallowtails.) At one point had 25 monarch caterpillars this season; had three groups this summer. https://t.co/9F89bRCbyr

The monarch butterfly population has gone up this season by 64% and one of the reasons is because people are planting pollinators gardens. Look what we can do together with a common goal in mind. We need to plant more next year as their population is still not stable.

Give me the most beautiful sentence you've ever read.
Not the book. The SENTENCE.
The one that rearranged something in you.

@itsme_urstruly Heavy on the people with peculiar rituals, and multiple lives lived!!! It's always so wonderful listening to people like that talk, they always know a little about everything, and it really fuels my own curiousity 🥰

I love people who have survived enough to become strange instead of cruel. Give me the person with peculiar rituals. Too many books. A bizarre sense of humor. Three different lives already lived. An oddly specific obsession. A softness they had every excuse to lose. Those are my

I keep my two cats indoors because one of them is just a sweet little guy who needs to be protected from the world, and the other would commit actual crimes.

A healed person can communicate their needs, set boundaries without guilt, regulate emotions, accept rejection, take accountability, and walk away from what repeatedly harms them. They still feel deeply, they just don’t abandon themselves.

Two of the strangest feelings you can have as a human are sitting in the back seat of your own car or when there's people at your house and you have to sit upright on your couch.
