Sam Altman finally just came right out and said it: "We will definitely do a humanoid. We will do other form factors as well." OpenAI is building a humanoid robot. And guess what ... he thinks the body is the easy part. Maybe he should have a chat with the Optimus team? http 963 views · 7 likes · 2 reposts · 4 replies Open on X →

Do you notice what they are NOT showing in this video? HANDS. Look, it's cool, I love it, I love the idea, & I think it'll find a niche. But HALF THE COMPLEXITY OF A ROBOT IS IN ITS HANDS. Hands are what gets the work done. Without great hands you don't have a great robot. 1K views · 5 likes · 0 reposts · 1 replies Open on X →

NVIDIA's physical AI business is generating $10B/year. That's more than China is making from building all the humanoid robots ... GROOT - control Cosmos - models Isaac - simulation Jetson - edge compute But ... China's looking to replace all that: https://t.co/v908kxqOB9 https 282 views · 0 likes · 0 reposts · 0 replies Open on X →
