Here’s the reason why the DoJ made that disgusting claim that GenAi companies should be able to steal our Intellectual Property for free. Since 2022 it was clear that copyrights were the main battle for GenAi companies, as they rely on theft for their models to work at capacity. 11.1K views · 469 likes · 106 reposts · 3 replies Open on X →

So the US Government is now supporting theft while essentially rendering basic rules of law and IP protections useless? That’s our intellectual property and it’s not for the government to freely give away. Sick and tired of crooks taking over everything that’s happening. 16K views · 911 likes · 174 reposts · 2 replies Open on X →

GenAi doesn’t generate anything without it already existing in its dataset. It utilizes the harms of real children to generate harmful media. Also due to how GenAi overfits and memorizes, models can and do depict real people. A deeply disturbing ruling in so many ways. 14.3K views · 610 likes · 135 reposts · 1 replies Open on X →

There's a lot going on, but we should not let this slip under the radar—Google and OpenAI are cynically seizing on the Trump admin's hawkish, US-first AI policy instincts to make a play at gutting artists' copyright protections once and for all. https://t.co/1ziYfTVanw 19.2K views · 200 likes · 61 reposts · 6 replies Open on X →
