Shopify didn’t update the listing immediately after changing it to 1 item in the title and description. Everyone who saw it as 2 and purchased it believing it was 2 will be fully refunded. We have taken the inventory out while we fix orders https://t.co/DsHmrUuAHn

About 1600 UPCs delayed to next week across multiple distributors. We have received 0 3 pack blisters yet. Everything else should be shipped by today Some UPCs have arrived and the earliest orders are now shipping but many will be delayed to next week. Please be patient with us

@thePokeHive Hey just curious I never saw a post that pre orders went live for Phantasmal or UPC. Did you notify subscribers to your email or did you just shock drop on your site? Hate that I missed it 😔 478 views · 2 likes · 0 reposts · 0 replies Open on X →

Our bio says DM not available, we don’t use this enough to maintain it. If you send an email asking for an order update we will respond The tweet our employees keep getting sent was responded to within 5 minutes and it was as small as decks being delayed 5.2K views · 10 likes · 0 reposts · 2 replies Open on X →

Lastly, expect more delays on releases Pokémon is printing a ton of product and having its own issues. Distributors have all said different products were having issues getting to them between Phantasmal. It looks like a slight 2-3 day thing but it just keeps coming 4.1K views · 6 likes · 0 reposts · 1 replies Open on X →
